Effective date: April 29, 2026
This policy explains what information we collect when you visit soar.sh, how we use it, and the choices you have. The site is operated by Appsoar, Inc. (“Soar”, “we”, “our”), a Delaware corporation. We provide community marketing services for Reddit, Discord, Quora, and AI search visibility, and the website is how prospective clients learn about our work and reach us.
We try to keep this short and honest. If anything is unclear, write to us at [email protected] and we will answer.
Information you give us. When you fill out the proposal form at /get-proposal or any other contact form on the site, we receive the information you type in. This typically includes your name, work email, company name, website, role, the services you are interested in, and any free-text notes you choose to share. If you book a call with us, we also receive the meeting time and any details you add to the invite.
Information collected automatically. When you browse soar.sh, our hosting and analytics tools record technical details that browsers send by default. This includes your IP address, the page you requested, the referring page, the user-agent string of your browser, the approximate region derived from your IP, and the timestamp of the request. We use this data in aggregate to understand which pages get visited and to debug problems.
Cookies and similar storage. We use a small number of cookies and equivalent local-storage entries. These are limited to remembering your theme preference, deduplicating analytics events so a single form submission is not counted twice, and supporting the optional chat widget when it is enabled. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to train third-party machine learning models.
To run the site and respond to leads, we rely on a small set of vendors. Each one only sees the data it needs to do its job.
We do not load Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or other advertising trackers on this site.
Proposal submissions and the email correspondence that follows are kept for as long as we have an active or potential business relationship, plus a reasonable retention period after that for our records. Aggregated analytics and request logs are kept on the rolling schedule of the underlying provider, typically measured in months rather than years.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom (GDPR). You have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we process it, and to receive it in a portable format. Where we process data based on your consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
If you are a California resident (CCPA / CPRA). You have the right to know what categories of personal information we have collected about you, to request a copy of that information, to ask us to delete it, and to correct inaccurate information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is no opt-out toggle to flip. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] from the address you used when you contacted us. We will respond within the timeframes required by the applicable law.
We are based in the United States, and our vendors are mostly US-based as well. If you submit information from outside the United States, that information will be transferred to and processed in the US under the terms of this policy.
We follow standard industry practices to protect the data we collect, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access to lead data, and reputable hosting and email providers. No system can be made perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we do take this seriously.
The site is intended for adults using the service in a professional context. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
If we make a material change to this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of the page. For substantial changes we may also notify recent contacts by email. Your continued use of the site after the effective date means you accept the updated policy.
