These terms govern your use of soar.sh (the “site”). The site is operated by Appsoar, Inc. (“Soar”, “we”, “our”), a Delaware corporation. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.
These terms cover the website itself. Paid engagements between Soar and a client are governed by a separate Master Services Agreement and the related statement of work, which take precedence over anything on this page.
Soar is a community marketing agency. We help brands get visible on Reddit, Discord, Quora, and inside AI search results. The site describes our services, publishes case studies and articles, and offers a way to request a proposal or book a discovery call. The site does not sell digital goods, host user accounts, or process payments.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the site. If you are using the site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
You agree not to:
When you submit a proposal request or contact us through the site, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it with us. We use that information to respond to your inquiry as described in our privacy policy. Submitting a proposal request does not create a contract between you and Soar; a client engagement only begins after we sign a Master Services Agreement.
The site, including its design, code, copy, illustrations, photography, and the Soar name and logo, is the property of Appsoar, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view the site, share links to it, and quote short passages with attribution. You may not copy, republish, or redistribute the site or its contents in bulk without our written permission.
Work product we create for clients during a paid engagement is governed by the relevant Master Services Agreement. Nothing on this page transfers ownership of any client deliverables.
The site links to third-party platforms such as Reddit, Discord, Quora, and Google Calendar. We do not control those platforms and are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We work to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that it is error-free, complete, or current. Marketing case studies describe past results for past clients and are not a promise of future performance for your business. Nothing on the site is legal, tax, or investment advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soar disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, with respect to your use of the site.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soar and its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site, including lost profits or lost data, even if we were advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100). This cap does not apply to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and it does not apply to obligations under a separately signed Master Services Agreement, which has its own liability terms.
You agree to indemnify and hold Soar harmless from any claim or demand made by a third party arising out of your misuse of the site, your breach of these terms, or your violation of applicable law in connection with your use of the site.
We may suspend or end your access to the site at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms or are using the site in a way that harms us or other visitors. The sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimer, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law, will survive.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. If a change is material, we will make a reasonable effort to notify visitors on the site itself. Your continued use of the site after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms or your use of the site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect.
